Who We Serve & What We Do

Community Connect Services, Inc. assist  youths, adults, and the elderly by connecting them to services to help them combat health, education, economic, and environmental challenges. CCS works to meet individuals where they are and assist them in gaining access and knowledge on how to determine their next steps towards a better future.
